After a nice gain with todays play reaching a high over 20% and closing up over 15%, here are a few that are looking good for April Fools Day:

  1. (TECUA) - the MACD is above both the signal line and the 9-day moving average, a condition meaning that the trend is higher. Today, (TECUA) closed above the trigger point for the Parabolic SAR and is registering a bullish signal. plug into our "system"
  2. (ERHE) ERHC Energy, Inc. engages in the exploration and exploitation of oil and gas reserves in the Gulf of Guinea offshore of central West Africa. Buy long at or below .55 and look for a +7.27% gain selling at .59
  3. (QTWW) -  Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide, Inc., an integrated alternative energy company, engages in the development and production of propulsion systems, energy storage technologies, and alternative fuel vehicles. Get in long at or below .98 and sell @ 1.04 giving you a +6.12% gain.

April 2, 2008:

Today: (TECUA) +7.40%  (ERHE) stopped out  (QTWW) +6.12% and up more in ext hours!

I have 4 "system" plays for Wed (all positions to be opened before 9:45est; look for a 2.5% gain from your entry; use a 3% sell stop)

All of the following have hit a trigger point to buy long:

  1. (ENL)
  2. (EWW)
  3. (EWO)
  4. (FNM)

Here are 3 picks from others sites that I have subscribed to (third party site) -

(CPST)  (IDIX)  (BRLC)

I will be announcing a new, huge pick Wednesday night, so be ready.

Huge day for the bulls. Technicially the charts are showing a really good sign that we are headed higher. The Dow needs to break 12767. We may have already hit the bottom in Financial stocks.

April 3, 2008:

Options to Buy Monday, March 3, 2008:

  • +FREOE MAR 25 PUT @ 1.85   (FRE) 25.18
  • +QJPDC APR 15 CALL @ 1.70   (JASO) 14.29
  • +YHQDF APR 30 CALL @ 1.01 (YHOO) 27.78
  • +SQL       MAY  9 PUT    @ 2.15  (S)    7.11
  • +QXOFH JUN 4 CALL @  .15     (SIRI) 2.84

All of these should be a good buy at Monday's open; I will advise on when to close these positions...

My new pick is (NOVO)

When someone gets engaged, what do they buy? Diamonds!! NOVO is a leading online interactive retailer of diamond engagement rings and fine jewelry.

Thousands of people are getting engaged every day, and more people are going online to shop for their engagement rings.

By selling online, NOVO is able to keep cost down and carry much more inventory then your typical local jewelry shop.

With a slowing economy, savvy consumers are going to shop for the best prices and NOVO is able to beat any brick and mortar jewelry store. Because they are a true online retailer, their customers will save between 30% to 60% when compared to a typical jewelry store.

This is proven with NOVO just recently reporting higher sales!!

NOVO announced that year to date sales from 2007 to 2008 are up 43.6%. That is some amazing growth. Once Wall St. finds out about NOVO, I expect it to break out.

In their last reported quarter, NOVO surpassed industry averages by recording sales increases while competitors fell short of expected sales.

According to Forrester Research Inc. online jewelry sales have gained significant momentum, and an estimated 14% of all jewelry sales worldwide will occur online by 2010.

Just compare NOVO with other online diamond sellers such as Blue Nile.

NILE is trading at $50 a share

NOVO is only trading at .23, the potential is huge!!

Most jewelry stores can’t even compare with the inventory that NOVO carries. NOVO offers a selection of over 30,000 loose diamonds and over 500 different styles and settings of jewelry, including solitaire settings, rings with side stones and three stone settings, matching bridal sets, tension rings, wedding rings, diamond bracelets, earrings and pendants.

NOVO prides itself on the highest quality standards in the industry and offers consumers unique online tools that allow them to explore, build and purchase their own custom made diamond rings in a way not previously offered by traditional retailers.

There sales number saids it all. "We are pleased with Novori's sales growth for the quarter over quarter and year over year," stated Mark Neild, CFO at Novori, Inc.

Start your research on NOVO now. Be sure to check out their website http://www.novori.com

I will send more information later.

Today, (ENL) (EWW) (EWO) all would be carried over into Thurs

(FNM) hit, as it went to +4.29%

(CPST) +3.48%  (IDIX) +7.29%  (BRLC) high of +2.67%

Just released a HUGE play (NOVO).ob - see other page

Picks for Thurs April 3, 2008 - all long, "system" plays:

  • (PPO) - if you can enter below $22 as it is lower in the after hours session
  • (NBR)  (GEF)  (VAW)  (FDRY)  (JASO)

Note: 3/3/08 option play +QJPDC is now up 200%  from 1.70 to 5.10

... and 3/14/08 play +QJPFC is now up 118.51%  2.70 to 5.90 in 2 weeks!

Results from today-

A great day here:

(PPO) stated to enter at 22; could have entered in ext am as low was 22.01 after open but did hit a high of +2.5%

(NBR) - hit w/ high of +2.72%

(GEF)  (FDRY) both will carry into Fri

(JASO) hit w/ high of +6.93%

(VAW) also hit as it had a high of +2.76%

Another perfect day!!!

New site, same results:

  •  (JASO) - posted a buy at open @ 14.40 and under and sell @ 14.96-14.99; it opened @ 14.00 and hit 15.03 so if you bought at the open and sold when I stated at 14.96-14.99, by lunchtime you pulled just over 7% in gains from here today!
  • (VLNC) - one that I told you to plug into our "system" , no problem as we flew by the 2.5% target goal hitting +9.46% and closed up 7.36%
  • (BDGW) - posted a buy up to .97, and there were a couple of these oppertunities; also stated to start selling off at the $1 mark giving you a 3% gain - if you did as I said and sold off little by little, you would have milked this one to 1.05, giving you profits from 3% to 8.25% ...not bad!
  • (S) - was a short play if it hit $7.50; it came close but the trade was not initiated - no trade here

Now my option buys from today (I normally will not post results of these until the positions are closed, as these are given to full members) but here we go (today only)...

  • +FREOE - opened at 1.85 and I said to look for 2.50 within 2 weeks; well, it already past that closing @ 2.55 for a 37.84 days gain!!!!
  • +QJPDC - +14.71% for the first day!!!!
  • +SQL - +7% gains for the first day!!!!
  • my two spec options (money to lose but with huge upside potential) - +YHQDF -4.5% and +QXOFH had no change

A PERFECT DAY HERE AT DAILYDAYTRADES.COM

April 4, 2008:

Lots of economic news out lately, Jobless claim is at the highest point since Sep. 2005. This economy is not out of the woods yet. As we all know, this market is forward looking, there still may be some down side in the broader market.

Lets take it easy Friday - (JASO) may see gains over 3%; also watch (ANPI) as it's rolling into Friday with momentum

Hello, after a great trading day here at Daily Daytrades! I have promised picks by 11:30 so I am going to start you off with a few that are picks to buy in the ext am or at open on Tues and use these to "plug into our system"

  • (CSGS) - short this and look for the 2.5%
  • (CZZ)   - buy long
  • (ETQ)   - buy long
  • (SWC)  - buy long

A few potential buys, if the price is right...

  • (GHS) - if it gets to $6.05, then short and look for that 2.5% gain
  • (MFLX) - if it drops down to 21.25, buy it long and then plug it into the 2.5% / 3% "system"
  • (AGIX) - my big winner from last week looks good to buy long up to 1.05, then sell @ 1.10 giving you close to a 5% gain
  • (MBRK) - looks like a nice speculative play for Tues as earnings news is scheduled to be released, you know how that goes, so watch it closely but it may give us a nice payday

Now for those third party sites' picks (I went over):

  •  (TSN) - is a buy if it hits $15.08, then hold
  • (BRLC) - I would buy up to 1.00, then sell half position @ 1.08 and hold half for further direction
  • (BDGW) - we have made upwards of 8% with this today, I would look to buy it again on Tues up to $1.01 as it sits in after hours - at .98 - the sell off should be in the 1.05 - 1.08 range, returning you 4% - 10% depending on your entry point

and a option play for Tues at open...

+DVNDT (DVN) APR 100 CALL @ 7.80; a buy to 7.90...look to pull 8% out of this by next weeks end

A brief mid-day update -

(CSGS) is still in play; (CZZ) & (ETQ) both stopped out; (SWC) hit and passed our 2.5% goal; (GHS) never hit 6.05, so the short was not initiated; (AGIX) was a winner, I had you pulling a 8-10% gain, it ended up so far with a days high of +18% ; (MFLX) - has dropped and is now sitting at the 21.25 buy long point! (TSN) never reached this third party's recommended buy mark of 15.08, so this one didn't go; (BDGW) was a buy up to 1.01 , but ended up opening at 1.05 so this was a scratch; (BRLC) gave as a long and said to sell 1/2 position at 1.08, giving you a 9% gain at that point, other 1/2 is a hold and now sitting pretty up 14%!!

** Note- my option play of the year as was given out on my blog and here Sun evening to open a position yesterday, is now up +116% in a day and a half!!!!

latinum Picks  for Wed March 5th:

***some plays I will give entry & exit points as many have requested but for the picks to plug into my "system" - why mess with something that has worked out 84x with 10 stop outs (no need for all that technical guesswork).  I do all my picks apprx 8 hours before open so I know the ext am prices/ and if you buy at open- then that is also fine...no need to make this more difficult than it needs to be. If I do these your way and miss an initiation by a penny, then what? you lose 25-50% of your portfolios value a chance to add a 2.5% gain...

...if you want these numbers just so you can see a performance chart every 2 weeks as someone has asked, thats silly. If you love all these numbers, play Bingo. If you want to See performance here, play the Picks! I don't mind posting a chart with performance as I was planning eventually, but right now the important thing is quality picks. I made this proven, winning system, simple... if I give a play for the "system" , open the position as early as you possibly can (from opening extented AM to apprx 15 minutes after opening bell) Then set 2 limits; one for a 2.5% gain from your entry point; one for a 3% sell stop, unless otherwise stated. Its not broken, so I will not fix.

Now as far as any other plays, as I already have shown, the picks that I expect large gains - then I will always give an entry point and at least a starting exit point. Keep an open mind as I am not photocopying every other stock site with all those confusing .......

Now the picks...

  • (BPP) - a system play, short
  • (IAAC)- a system play, long

Now some more options to look at:

  • +QSUDN  APR  70  CALL  @ 5.20; buy to 5.30
  • +ZNQPH  APR  40   PUT    @ 1.50; buy to 1.55
  • +PYPFL    JUN 160  CALL @18.60;buy to 18.90
  • +AUYGD  JULY 20  CALL @ 1.95; buy to 2.00

April 6, 2008:

Results...(BPP) & (IAAC) did not either hit the 2.5% or the 3% so they will carry into Thurs

All Wed option picks were amazing just as they have been all week; see the one day gains:

  • +QSUNDN - opened at 5.20; closed @ 6.80 +30.77% (SPWR)
  • +ZNQPH   - slightly down, Thurs should be good to (ZION)
  • +PYPFL    -  18.60 and closed at 20.60 +8.07% on (POT)s option
  • +AUYGD  -  (AUY) this option opened @ 1.95, closed @ 2.35 +20.52%

All options since Monday, the sites launch, have been very profitable; here are a couple notable picks:

  • +QJPDC is now up  32.36%  at the 3rd trading days close
  • +FREOE (my option play of the year) is up  127.03%  at the 3rd closing bells ring!

Stock picks to plug into the "system" -

  • (CORS) - short this equity up to or at the opening bell (always use the rule to complete transaction no later then 15 min after opening bell)
  • (GILD) - the long play, use our targets
  • (XIDE) - looks like this long play will be trading lower when the extended am hours resume, so this is a prime time to buy this one long and again, use the system.

Two more plays if they initiate by hitting the given entry points:

  • (FINL) - get in as early as possible, ext am would be best, and open a long position as long as the shares quote stays below 4.25; if it does not come down to that point, look for that entry point until 10:00am - if it stays above 4.25 and 10:00a passes by, forget this for today. If you did get in, set your limits to pull a 5% gain - I recommend setting a 3.5% sell stop with this trade.
  • (JASO) - I am recommending placing a buy order on <jaso> at $15.50 then hold until further instruction on Fri; now if you are opening a large value on this trade (meaning $10K or more) then I would place two separate orders for this using $15.50 for 65% of your funds for this transaction, and a second buy using the remaining 35% to attempt picking up more shares @ $15.10 - I feel that there should be no problem at all <jaso> dropping to 15.50 on Thurs, but why not try to grab some more up at a even greater discount... hold all shares until at least Fri and I will update this trade then.

April 7, 2008:

Two bull trades to buy at or before Fri open:

  1. (DRS) -  buy at the market price, use the "system" rules, set your limits to either, sell at a 2.5% gain or it'll hit the sell stop limit of a 3% loss
  2. (FDG) - also a "system" play

Another long play:

  • (BZP) - only if you can purchase this bull at or below $19, no later than 11:00am EST; then use our std limits 2.5/3%

Two options that will be solid additions to our portfolio:

  1. +QSUDN -  APR 70 CALL @ $4; buy to 4.25 (SPWR)
  2. +QJPFC  -  JUN 15 CALL @ 2.65; buy to 2.85 (JASO)
they are both on $ale
Equity that was stated to carry into today:
  • (JASO) - the average buy range was 15.30; I would enter a sell limit @ 15.99, to get you apprx. 4.5% - with (JASO) no sell stops

next week, I will get the option plays in order with more detail regarding the entry/exit marks...

April 8, 2008:

Two Bullish plays for Tues. April 8th, 2008:

  1. (JRCC) - a "system" play
  2. (JASO) - as it will open lower, buy long w/ no sell stop and look for at least a 4% gain as it has hit another bullish trigger point!!!

A Perfect Day:

(JASO) - gave you a 4% profit on this one from open and it opened down (as I stated it would) @ 21.38 with a days high of 22.95 making the total high +7.34% ;  the 4% was no problem!

(JRCC) - a "system" play hit our 2.50% goal with ease as it opened @ 20.15 and had a high of 21.20 a days high gain of +5.21% !!!

Another Platinum Day here at PlatinumPicks !

April 10, 2008:

Special Alert – TTNC

My new pick is TTNC.

If you miss my last bounce play, which did 20% after I mentioned it, then don’t miss this one.

TTNC recently pulled back from several days of trending higher. If you take a look at the chart, TTNC looks like it’s ready to make its move back up.

Oil just hit new highs, which means money will shift into communities stocks like TTNC. TTNC is a uranium exploration company out to solve the world’s energy crisis.

TTNC has been rapidly expanding and their future outlook is promising.
